Tier 1 — Standard Aerial Services

Best for: marketing content, basic documentation, single-location shoots

 

Tier 1 services involve:

  • Single takeoff area
  • Low-risk flight environment
  • Minimal pre-flight planning
  • Standard editing and delivery
  • No special coordination with third parties

 

Typical Tier 1 uses include:

  • Basic site photos/videos

Starter Aerial Photo Package — $355
  • Up to 15 professionally edited aerial photos
  • Standard color correction and formatting
  • Delivery within 3–5 business days
Standard Aerial Photo + Video Package — $425
  • 15-20 professionally edited aerial photos
  • Option between:
  • 30 seconds - 1 minute video OR
  • Ground-based 360° walkthrough capture

Recurring Visual Retainer — $1,449
  • Up to 3 scheduled site visits
  • Up to 25 photos per visit
  • Option between (for 1 visit per month):
  • 30 seconds - 1 minute video OR

  • Standard color correction and formatting

Tier 1 Onsite Time
  • Includes up to 2 hours onsite
  • Additional time: $100/h
  • Additional time is rounded up to the nearest five (5) minutes. 

Tier 2 — Advanced / Documentation-Focused Services

Best for: inspections, construction documentation, insurance, repeat missions

 

Tier 2 services involve:

  • Larger or multi-structure sites
  • Increased flight planning and coordination
  • Greater operational and liability exposure
  • Higher documentation accuracy standards
  • Expanded post-processing and file organization

 

Typical Tier 2 uses include:

  • Roof and property inspections
  • Construction progress documentation
  • Insurance and claims support
  • Ongoing or scheduled site monitoring
Visual Site Inspection — $495
  • Up to 25 high-resolution inspection images
  • Focused coverage of structures and assets
  • Organized delivery suitable for reporting and records
Recurring Documentation Retainer — $2,750 / month
  • Up to 8 scheduled site visits
  • Up to 25 high-resolution, edited photos per site visit
  • 30–90 second edited highlight video per visit
  • Progress documentation if requested for construction, inspections, or insurance
  • Structured folders for client review (perimeter + interior/exterior focus)
Comprehensive Site Documentation — $750
  • Up to 3 structures
  • 35–50 edited photos total
  • Site-wide coverage (perimeter + context)
  • Structured folders for review
  • This text should be replaced with information about you and your business
Tier 2 Onsite Time
  • Includes up to 2 hours onsite
  • Additional time: $150/h
  • Additional time is rounded up to the nearest five (5) minutes.

  • 360° Walkthrough Capture: $125
  • Includes up to 20 ground-based 360° scan points

  • Additional Structure Coverage: $175 per structure
    • Expands coverage for sites with multiple buildings or areas of interest.

    • Consistent capture style matching the primary site documentation
  • Rush Delivery (24 hours): +20%

Client Programs

New Client Welcome: 

First-time clients receive 20% off their initial project. This offer is available once per company.

 

Multi-Service Savings: 

Clients who book five services receive the sixth service at 50% off. To reserve scheduling, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first two services is required. Cancellation fees may apply for changes within 24 hours. Weather and FAA-related delays are always accommodated.

 

Recurring & Ongoing Projects

Preferred pricing is available for clients with recurring or ongoing projects, including monthly or long-term engagements.

 If your project involves multiple structures, inspections, or documentation, it likely falls under Tier 2. We’re happy to review your project and confirm the appropriate tier before scheduling.

As our operations grow, we are expanding toward advanced aerial data solutions such as thermal imaging and 3D site modeling. These services are designed for specialized use cases and will be offered separately from our current Tier 1 and Tier 2 services once fully deployed and validated.
